1. Introduction and Consent

New members at apk56 are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each bonus offer may only be used once.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts may result in all accounts being terminated.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to purchase or transfer other bonuses.
• apk56 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus.
• Fraudulent behaviour or attempts to circumvent the terms may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. VIP Membership Programme

apk56's VIP programme has four tiers. The weekly cashback benefits for each are listed below:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier is determined by a member's overall activity and contributions. apk56 reserves the right to change VIP benefits and conditions.

7. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

To ensure a safe and fair environment for all members at apk56, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts for a single individual.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or gaming systems.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other members.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or deliberately circumventing the terms.
• Using the platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

If any such activity is detected, apk56 may immediately suspend or terminate the account in question, freeze deposited funds, and take legal action where applicable.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Our Authority

apk56 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any reason without prior notice. This action may be taken in particular where the terms and conditions have been violated.

8.2 Account Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Any pending wagering requirements must be completed and applicable balances withdrawn before the account is closed.
